    Observation: Cups and sandwitch bags was observed stored under (unshielded sewer lines).
    Correction: Relocate this item to an area where it is not exposed to contamination. Cleaned and sanitized equipment, laundered linens, food, and single-service or single-use articles can not be located in locker rooms, toilet rooms, garbage rooms, mechanical rooms, under unshielded sewer lines, under leaking water lines, under open stairwells, or under other sources of contamination.

    Observation: Plastic food storage containers were found stacked while wet after cleaning and chemical sanitization.
    Correction: Items must be allowed to drain and air-dry before being stacked or stored to allow evaporation of chemical sanitizer and moisture that may encourage microbial growth.

    Observation: Outer opening of the food establishment is not protected against entry of insects and rodents. Pipes under the front line hand sink both water and waste lines has gap
    Correction: Protect the food establishment against the entry of insects and rodents by 1. Filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings, 2. Closed, tight fitting windows, and 3. Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. Insects and rodents are vectors of disease-causing microorganisms which may be transmitted to humans by contamination of food and food-contact surfaces.

    Correction: Operator voluntarily discarded product recorded above 41 degrees. Do not stack the product above the chill line.
  • Nonfood-Contact Surfaces - Corrosion Resistant/Nonabsorbent
    Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the wood used to anchor the drying rack above the three compartment sink is not corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent, and/or smooth.
    Correction: Nonfood contact equipment that is exposed to splash, spillage, food soiling, or requires frequent cleaning must be smooth, durable, and nonabsorbent. Seal the bare wood so that it can be cleaned easier.
  • Temperature Measuring Devices
    Observation: There was no temperature measuring device located in the two door unit.
    Correction: Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature.
