Facility observed organized and with operations supervised by several managers knowledgeable in food safety.
Hot water supplied from both the handwashing sink and three vat sink was observed at a maximum of 79 F. CFM indicated that washing operations in other parts of the facility may have temporarily depleted hot water supplies. Wash water standing in the three vat sink before the inspection was measured at 106 F. Hot water of at least 100 F must be provided to handwashing sinks, and water of at least 110 F to the three vat sink. Please monitor hot water temperatures at these sinks, and repair as necessary.
  • Manual Warewashing Wash Solution Temperature 110°F or per Manufacturer label
    Observation: The temperature of the in-use wash water solution was observed at less than 110°F.
    Correction: The temperature of the wash solution in manual warewashing equipment shall be maintained at not less than 110°F or the temperature specified on the cleaning agent manufacturer's label instructions.
  • Permit to Operate Required, Must be Posted, Must be Valid
    Observation: The establishment has not posted the permit to operate in a conspicuous location.
    Correction: A valid permit shall be posted in every food establishment in a conspicuous place in the public view. Food establishment permits are issued for a calendar year and expire on December 31 regardless of the month of issue. Contact the Health Department for a replacement permit copy if the original document cannot be posted.
  • Handwashing Sink / Mix Valve or Combination Faucet , Water at 100°F
    Observation: Water from the handwashing sink was measured at a temperature less than 100°F. Water temperature was not observed to exceed XX F
    Correction: A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100°F through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
