| Inspector visited the facility at 8:30 am to find it operating with little to no running water. Pipes had frozen overnight and only a limited trickle of cold water was available. Facility voluntarily closed until a consistent supply of water was available. Plumber that came to service the facility stated that the heater in the room that houses the tankless hot water heater had broken. Some plumbing connections had broken/cracked and were replaced. Facility contacted the inspector and got permission to re-open at 2 pm. No violation observed during the afternoon inspection. Corporate employee health policy was shown to the inspector and is part of the 'new hire' paperwork. It addresses all required signs and symptoms. New permit will be issued.
