| Facility will be open M -F, 6 - 11 a.m. and 3 - 7 p.m., Sat. 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., Sun. 7:30 a.m.- 9:30 a.m. Addition to the menu includes pastries purchased from Williams Bakery in Hanover. Some cream, custard and cream cheese pastries will be purchased. Recommend keeping these pastries under time or temperature (41 degrees or below) control for safety. Coffee supplies will be purchased from Restaurant Depot and/or PFG. Milk purchased at Food Lion. Staff will be trained by Mr. Long using the ServSafe Food Handler material. Mr. Long has recently taken this class offered by the Richmond Health Department. EHSS requested that the data for training be provided to the health department. OEHS Guide for Employee Health and Form 1B will be used as overall employee health policy. The ice machine drain line feeds into a catch basin attached to a sump pump which pushes the waters to the floor drain. A backflow device is connected to the water line feeding the beverage machines. The following recommendations were made at the pre-opening inspection: 1. any church food be kept separate from facility food 2. caulking is needed at the top of the 3 basin sink backsplash to prevent water from running down the wall 3. place a thermometer in the Frigidaire reach in cooler 4. provide specification sheets for the coffee machines and espresso machine 5. a food thermometer is recommended to check milk temperatures 6. the floor under the 3 basin sink, in front of the ice machine and several smaller spots needs to be sealed No violation noted during this evaluation. | 12/17/2014 | Pre-Opening |
