Observation: The pressure gauge for the high temperature final rinse warewash machine is improperly installed.
Correction: The pressure gauge for the high temperature final rinse warewash machine is to be installed upstream from the hot water sanitizing rinse control valve. The device must be mounted in a .25 inch Iron Pipe Size valve. Relocate the gauge.

The water at the hand sinks in the public bathrooms were <100 degrees and should be serviced. Overall, the facility is very well maintained and organized. Employees were observed demonstrating appropriate food safety practices. A permit has been issued.

Observation: Food stored on the floor inside of the walk-in freezer, less than 6" above the floor.;Elevate food storage onto approved shelving with minimum 6" legs or casters.
- Warewashing - Mechanical Warewashing Equipment, Hot Water Sanitization Temperatures (corrected on site)
Observation: The water temperature in the manifold servicing the high temperature ware wash machine was below the minimum allowable level of 180ºF. The thermometer read <ºF>.
Correction: Immediately discontinue the use of the machine until it is operating in accordance with minimum requirements. Initiate manual wash, rinse, and sanitize method to properly clean and sanitize equipment and utensils.

Correction: Label spray bottles with contents or discard.

Observation: Containers of chemicals are not properly stored to prevent the contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens or single service items. A bottle of sanitizer was observed stored next to food items.
Correction: Containers of chemicals must be located in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens or single service items.
