    Observation: Dish machine noted not sanitizing dishes properly.
    Correction: Repair the dish machine.

    Observation: The top of the dish machine noted not clean.
    Correction: Clean on the top of the dish machine.

    Observation: Floor in the kitchen l structure is not maintained in good repair
