| A ROUTINE INSPECTION of your facility was conducted today. Thank you for accompanying me during this inspection and answering my questions. NOTE: At this inspection EHS spent time discussing Employee Health Policy guidelines with the CFM, staff are aware of reportable illnesses and documentation of training was provided. Also discussed lowering the ambient temperature of the prep top refrigerator near the grill to ensure food temperatures of PHF are at 41F or below. All cooked food items such as meat balls in the True upright refrigerator (as per CFM) were cooked the previous day in the afternoon so are not at the time range where they would require to be date marked Questions or concerns please call 703-246-2444
