| This was the 30 day post-opening inspection. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Discussed making up sanitizing solution, food storage, and using time as a public health control when setting up buffet menus. All items from previous inspection have been addressed. | Pre-opening inspection. The following items were noted: 1. The hood will be inspected in June (due date) 2. Shatter-proof bulbs installed 3. Discarded cutting boards, will be getting new one 4. High temperature dish machine is much cleaner but still needs descaling 5. Air break at soda dispenser has been corrected but may need to shorten tubing 6. The grill is still in need of more cleaning. Heavy grease build-up under the grill 7. Stainless steel shelving in walk-in cooler still needs cleaned 8. Smooth new caulking at mop sink 9. Get correct test strips for Quatz sanitizer 10. Provide a clean and sanitized location for the ice transfer bucket Substantial completion of items on plan review but continue to work on items.
