    Observation: The wash temperature of the high temperature sanitizing ware wash machine is not meeting the manufacturer's specifications. The minimum temperature was @TEMPERATURE@ while the actual temperature was 160
    Correction: Discontinue the use of the ware wash machine until it is working properly. Initiate manual wash, rinse, and sanitize method to properly clean equipment and utensils. To minimize workload you can move to all single service utensils.

    Correction: Immediately discontinue the use of the machine until it is operating in accordance with minimum requirements ( 160'F hot rinse )Initiate manual wash, rinse, and sanitize method to properly clean and sanitize equipment and utensils
  • Critical: Handwashing - Using a Handwashing Lavatory*
    Observation: hand sink next to the two comparment sink is blocked for use by storage of apple & banana boxes
    Correction: relocate boxes to permit use of the hand sink
  • Physical Facilities in Good Repair
    Observation: wall-hand sink juction has an open rusty gap and wall paint is peeling off
    Correction: clean gap
