Observation: Plastic drink cups at the wait station were found stacked while wet after cleaning and chemical sanitization.

Observation: Cooked noodles (60'F) and cubed tomatoes (52'F) were measured cold holding at improper temperatures in the large prep unit. PIC discarded these items due to the length of time in the unit. Cubed tomatoes (59'F), pico de gallo (57'F), and shredded cheese (58'F) were measured cold holding at improper temperatures in the same prep unit. PIC relocated these items to another reach-in cooler holding proper temperature. Please notify the health department when the prep unit is repaired.
Correction: Cold hold potentially hazardous food at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.

Correction: Label working containers with the common name of its contents. Consumers may be allergic to certain foods or ingredients. The mistaken use of an ingredient when the consumer has requested that it not be used may result in severe medical consequences. Liquid foods and granular foods may resemble cleaning compounds. The mistaken use of food from an unlabeled container could result in chemical poisoning.
