  • Physical Facilities Good Repair
    Observation: Observed that the Baseboard by the 3-compartment sink is not maintained in good repair.
    Correction: Repair the physical facilities. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.

The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a complaint inspection. Complainant alleges no hot water at facility and improper handwashing occurred.
Manager has not been on site for the past two days. According to the district manager, a part is on order for the water heater and will be installed tonight. Proper handwashing was observed.
A follow-up will occur within 1 business day to confirm hot water at a minimum of 110F. Manager will review handwashing with all employees.
  • Handwashing Sink / Mix Valve or Combination Faucet , Water at 100°F
    Observation: Hot water at handsink observed at 54-69F.
    Correction: Hot water at handsink must be a minimum of 100F, 3vat sink at 110F minimum.

    Correction: Replace caulking.
  • Hand Drying Provision / Individual, Disposable Towels (corrected on site) (repeated violation)
    Observation: Paper towels not available at front handsink.
    Correction: Paper towels must be available at all handsinks.
