The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a risk factor assessment inspection. Facility receives breakfast and lunch from a caterer. Per CFM the caterer takes and records the receiving temperature of food when it is delivered to the facility. EHS recommended that the CFM also take and record food temperatures (with a calibrated and sanitized food thermometer) in order to verify that the food is received at 41F or below. Please fax or email the receiving temperature of breakfast and lunch food deliveries for the next seven school days that meals are served.
