Overall excellent sanitation. Clean well organized facility with good food temperatures, food labeling for identity, sanitizer present at 200 ppm Cl and good employee health knowledge for symptoms, diseases and return times discussed. Noted staff today not normally breakfast staff - when clearing breakfast foods placed full thermos of milk in reach in refrigerator - temperature checked at 42F. Discussed, not a good practice - milk discarded and thermos cleaned and sanitized. No violation noted during this evaluation. | 12/09/2015 | Routine
Kitchen handwashing and dish sinks repaired. No violation noted during this evaluation. | 06/05/2015 | Follow-up
Overall very good with good food temperatures, clean well organized facility. Sanitizer prepared at 200 ppm Cl. ***Plumbing issues in kitchen making the handwashing sink unusable and the dish sink with a leak in the drain x 2 days. Staff currently washing hands in the rest room and opening door with a paper towel and keeping a bucket under the drain to empty. Discussed: Ensure sinks are repaired today. Instead of washing hands in the restroom, wash at the dish sink, and sanitize sink before using for dishes.

Overall excellent. Clean well organized facility with good food identification, storage and food temperatures, good handwashing, no food that requires glove use, but gloves present and good employee health knowledge, policy reviewed. Sanitizer present, initially tested with no residual then corrected at 200 ppm Chlorine. Suggest testing each day to ensure level is correct. The well water system used for the facility and managed under the Office of Drinking Water exceeded the bacteriological standards for the October testing cycle. Follow up testing in November with five negative samples and repeat testing again due in December before facility can return to routine testing cycle. Copies of negative test results obtained to place in the facility file. Noted ice build up in facility freezer, have unit checked. Suggest testing an item from the refrigerator with a calibrated food thermometer each day to ensure unit / food temperatures are correct.
