    Observation: There is no properly working test kit provided in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions.
    Correction: Obtain a chlorine test kit so that employees can accurately monitor the concentration of the sanitizing solutions and maintain them at a safe and effective level. Correct within 7 days
  • Critical: Equipment and Utensils - Before Use After Cleaning*
    Observation: Tongs and pitchers were not sanitized after cleaning and prior to usage. After washing with soap and water, then rinsing, food contact utensils and dishes must be sanitized.
    Correction: After cleaning and rinsing of the food-contact surface, the surface shall be effectively sanitized before coming in contact with food and before use. Implement sanitizing process immediately.

Provide adequate storage for food items stored on the floor in the dry storage area. All food items must be stored 6 inches off the floor. Yogurt should not be stored in the conference room cooler while the room is in use and the room should remain locked when not in use.

    Correction: Prevent potential cross contamination by storing food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings. Individually wrap apples or cover them and provide tongs for the customer to pick them up. Correct immediately.
