    Observation: Contact time for pans in the 3 compartment sink quaternary ammonium compound sanitizer only one to two seconds.
    Correction: Contact time for "quats" must be a minimum of 30 seconds, usually at a concentration of 200 to 400 parts per million, or in accordance to the manufacturer's recommendation.

Establishment has a written employee health policy, as to when employees can work, cannot work, work with restricted duties, when they are sick.
Sandwich veggies, cheese, margarine all time controlled with stickers.
The missing drain plug violation is a repeat violation from the inspection by this department done on July 19, 2011.

    Correction: 1. Provide at least 10 foot candles at a distance of 30 inches from the floor in the walk-in refrigeration units and dry storage areas and in other areas and rooms during periods of cleaning.
