    Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the 1: ladies restroom door that has the laminate pulling off of it and 2: the hand dryer in the ladies restroom is rusting is not corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent, and/or smooth.
    Correction: Nonfood contact equipment that is exposed to splash, spillage, food soiling, or requires frequent cleaning must be smooth, durable, and nonabsorbent.
  • Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
    Observation: The door gasket to the on the delfield reachin are torn and in need of repair.
    Correction: Repair or replace the door gasket in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
  • Equipment - Food Contact Surfaces, Nonfood Contact Surfaces, and Utensils
    Observation: Observed accumulations of dust, dirt, food residue or other debris on the following nonfood-food contact surfaces: a/c vent over top of the drink station in the lobby wa observed with an accumulation of dust.
    Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.

Restaurant very clean and organized. Great attention paid to making sure facility is kept free of grease and debris build-up. Keep up the great work. All food handlers cards current and available for review.

    Observation: Observed accumulations of dust, dirt, food residue or other debris on the following nonfood-food contact surfaces: a/c exhaust vents over the dry storage area, inside edge of ice maker and the grease filters over the grill area. Manager was calling to get new vent cover for a/c vent and stated the remaining vents and filters would be taken out at end of shift and cleaned.
    Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.

    Correction: Provide and maintain handwashing signage indicating that employees must wash hands.
