The purpose of today’s visit was to conduct a routine inspection. Observed proper handwashing by several employees during inspection. Observed employee health policy in place. Sanitize basin observed with acceptable level of Quaternary ammonium and wiping cloth buckets observed with acceptable levels of Chlorine. Important: 1. Repair the back handsink plumbing which is observed leaking into a trash can and fax a copy of the invoice within 10 days.
