| *Owners knew proper hot holding temps but were not sure of minimum cold holding temperatures. *The chlorine test kit on site for measuring the chlorine sanitizer concentration was for pool chlorine concentrations. Owners will obtain a proper chlorine sanitizer test kit prior to first event. *Highly suggest on or both owners take time to get safe foodhandler's training. * Well water is used to fill the holding tanks in unit and therefore satisfactory water sample test must be collected and tested for bacteria each year prior to opening for the season.
