| This school prepares and offers a wide variety of for approximately 400-500 young adults per day. They are currently offering breakfast, lunch and supper. The supper meal is served from 3:00 - 4:00 pm Monday thru Thursday. Manager and employees knowledgeable on food safety risk factors and employee health. Employees observed washing hands and wearing and changing gloves throughout inspection and when necessary. Observed fruits being cleaned/washed prior to preparation. Ice baths are being used to cool foods when necessary. Temperatures are being monitored on all foods being cooked and prepared and on all refrigeration and hot food holding units. Foods being date marked as required. Staff was on a shortened work schedule today due to weather and should be commended for their efforts in assuring foods are prepared in a safe manner at all times.
