| This visit was made to conduct change of ownership inspection. During this visit an inspection, the following violation were noted. 1 micro was oven noted not clean inside. 2 Burn light bulbs noted over the food prep area in the kitchen. 3 Cleaning chemical noted stored with food items in the kitchen. 4 Food items noted stored without cover which can lead to contamination. 5 Wet wiping cloths noted not stored in sanitizer solution between uses. 6 Raw food items such as raw chicken noted stored next to food items that were already cook 7 Walk in freezer noted lacking shelving which is causing employees stored food on the floor in the walk freezer. 8 Chemical dish machine noted not sanitizing the dishes during this inspection. 9 Walls across from the dish machine in the kitchen noted had hole. such walls must be repair to prevent insect infestation in the kition. 10 Flies paper noted hanging directly over the clean food contact surfaces equipment in the kitchen Shelving noted in the walk in cooler old and rusty. 11 Food items noted in the walk in cooler not dated . At this time your restaurant is not approved for permit until all the cited violations are corrected and follow up inspection is conducted.
