Large accumulation of ice build up observed in this freezer. -Cover the light bulbs over the mop sink in the chemical storage room. -Clean the vent in the wall over the food prep area. -Recommend replacing the green cutting board stored on the prep table. Excellent handwashing procedures observed by employees throughout the inspection, great job!
