The above observations and the following were discussed with the person in charge: -Clean the pipes under the 3 compartment sink and the wall of the ice machine. -Defrost the ice cream freezer. Large accumulation of ice build up observed in this freezer. -Cover the light bulbs over the mop sink in the chemical storage room. -Clean the vent in the wall over the food prep area. -Recommend replacing the green cutting board stored on the prep table.
