All items noted during the previous inspection have been corrected. Note: 3 vat sink -> new on order/backorder, should arrive/install 4-5 weeks.
Provided/reviewed employee health handouts with GM & Chef.
Reviewed health department expectations with GM & Chef.
Approved for permit ->application provided.
