Employees observed washing hands and wearing and changing gloves during inspection. Ice baths being used to cool hot foods within proper time parameters. NO VIOLATIONS OBSERVED. Kitchen Manager (Linda) and Chef (Mark) have done an excellent job of training employees handling foods. Food staff are Serv-Safe certified and all knowledgeable on food safety risk factors and employee health. All employees observed washing hands and wearing and changing gloves when changing tasks throughout inspection. All foods date marked as required. It is highly recommended that the refrigerator that will not hold proper temperatures next to the steamer is either replaced, repaired or removed. It presents a convenient place for food service workers to put food that will not be held at proper temperatures.
