Today’s inspection was to conduct a risk factor assessment. Thank you for accompanying me through the inspection as your participation allows me to clarify information and identify areas where your processes may need further attention or assessment. Training provided: -Equipment temperature as an indicator to cold holding temperature (41F and below). Other violation observed: -4-501.11 Equipment in good repair. Observed walk-in cooler at 47F. Maintenance came and fixed the walk-in cooler during this inspection. *Please place another thermometer at the other end of walk-in cooler to verify and monitor temperature observed at the front of the walk-in cooler and gradient of temperature for this walk-in cooler.
