Stirring the food in a container placed in an ice water bath 5. Using containers that facilitate heat transfer 6. Adding ice as an ingredient 7. Any other method that can effectively accomplish cooling.

-The home style Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer was observed with a lot of food and it may be struggling to operate correctly with the use and amount of food. It is recommended that you start planning to replace it with a commercial unit if you wish to continue with the amount of food offered. - The black counter refrigerator is for items that are not potentially hazardous like some drinks, commercial sealed dressing, etc. It is not able to maintain food at 41 degrees.
