    Observation: Diapering supplies and soiled diaper storage maintained in such a way that they could contaminate toys/food contact surfaces/linens/personal care items in the toddler play room.
    Correction: All personal care items, including diapering supplies must be stored in such a way to prevent potential contamination of food, food contact items, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service and single-use articles.
