In addition to the following violations documented above, the following violations associated with foodborne illness risk factors and public health interventions were noted: 4-501.11(a) Observed the McCall 3 door refrigerator was not capable of maintaining the PHF/TCS food at 41F or below. Please do not use this refrigerator to hold PHF/TCS food until it is repaired/replaced and capable of maintaining the PHF/TCS food at 41F or below. It has been a pleasure to serve you today. In addition to the following violations documented above, the following violations associated with foodborne illness risk factors and public health interventions were noted: 4-501.11(a) Observed the Beverage Air 2 door refrigerator unable to maintain the temperature of potentially hazardous food at 41F or below. Do not use this refrigerator to hold PHF until it is able to maintain the temperature of the PHF at 41F or below. It has been a pleasure to serve you today.
