Reviewed temperature monitoring processes for refrigeration and food holding temperatures. Walk-in freezer is in process of being cleaned. New door hinge for walk-in freezer has been ordered to help keep door closed and keep the cooler cold. Refrigeration maintenance personnel is scheduled within the next 24 hours to repair and place back in service the middle sandwich prep table refrigerator.
