    Observation: Observed accumulations of dust, dirt, food residue or other debris on the following nonfood-food contact surfaces: various equipment.
    Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.
  • Backflow Prevention Device, Design Standard
    Observation: The backflow or backsiphonage prevention device installed on the mop sink is not identified as meeting standards set by the American Society of Sanitary Engineering because of the addition of a spray nozzle causinconstant pressure beyond the backflow device.
    Correction: Remove the nozzle when not in use.
