Discarded cold holding items at omelet station. Place omelet cold holding food items under Time Control for Safety or seperate from hot holding items. Do not over fill wells in pizza prep.

Do not use dsssert reach-in for PHFs until serviced/thermostat adjusted and verified to maintain <40F.
