    Correction: Discard the food and ensure that potentially hazardous foods for cold holding are maintained at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. Discarded cold holding items at omelet station. Place omelet cold holding food items under Time Control for Safety or seperate from hot holding items. Do not over fill wells in pizza prep.
