  • Floors, Walls, and Ceilings - Cleanability
    Observation: Ceiling in earewash area has a hole, bare sheetrock area, floor in service area has non-compliant covering.
    Correction: Fill hole in ceiling, seal and paint sheetrock. Finish floor in service area with tile similar to warewash area.
  • Light Bulbs Protective Shielding
    Observation: Light bulbs in service counter area not shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant.
    Correction: Shield or replace light bulb with a coated or shatter-resistant bulb.
