The purpose of this visit was to conduct a pre-opening inspection. A routine inspection will be conducted in approx. 30 days. No equipment additions/ changes/replacements are allowed without health department approval. EHS discussed employee health and active managerial control. Weather-stripping is needed at the front door and should be replaced before the 30 day inspection. Estimated opening date: August 17, 2015. No violation noted during this evaluation.

The purpose of this visit is to conduct a routine inspection. Dishmachine: Heat sanitizer
Water / Pressure / Quantity and Availability (corrected on site) Observation: Hot / Cold water under insufficient or inadequate pressure was found to serve the following equipment: kitchen handsink.
Correction: Water under pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water.
Wall / Ceiling Covering / Nonabsorbent & Cleanable Observation: Observed a ceiling tile above the ice machine that is not smooth and easily cleanable.
Correction: Replace the ceiling tile with a non absorbent, smooth, easily cleanable tile.
Cleaning Frequency for Physical Facilities Observation: Observed that the floor underneath the equipment in the kitchen is in need of cleaning.
Correction: Clean the physical facilities at a frequency necessary to ensure the protection and safe preparation of food.

Food Storage / Prohibited Areas/ Under Sewer Lines (corrected on site) Observation: Food storage under sewer lines. OBSERVED OPEN COFFEE BAGS UNDERNEATH HANDSINK PLUMBING LINES.
Correction: Food may not be stored under sewer lines that are not shielded to intercept potential drips. CFM REMOVED OPEN COFFEE PACKAGES FROM UNDERNEATH THE HANDSINK PLUMBING LINES.
Critical: Cold Holding of Potentially Hazardous Food at 41°F or less (corrected on site) Observation: The following food item(s) were observed cold holding at improper temperatures using a calibrated food temperature measuring device: 12 containers of milk left out of refrigeration: Milk 55F, Skim Milk 56F,
Correction: Potentially hazardous foods (time/temperature control for safety food) shall be held cold at a temperature of 41°F or below unless the permit holder is using "time as public health control" as specified under 3-501.19 to limit bacteria growth.
