| This visit was conducted to followup up on a complaint received to the health department on 7/3/14. Complainant alleges that she got sick the following mornging with vomiting, diarrhea and stomach pain after eating a Cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and french fries. Observed all food handling procedures including holding temperatures and cooking temperature control. All food temperatures within safety range in all food equipment. Automatic data logger conducted every 2 hours by food employees and recorded electronically for all food equipment and cooked meat. All food slicers observed to be visibly clean and sanitized after every use. Quat sanitizer observed to be at acceptable levels in all sanitizing buckets and 3vat sink. French fries held under clear running water (min 69F- Five Guys regulations) in prep sink after cut before being fried. Observed grill to use 2 separate flipping utensils - one for raw meat and one for cooked meat. No food employee has reported sick within the last month, Employee Health Policy in place. | The purpose of today’s visit was to conduct a routine inspection. CFM is very knowledgeable. Observed excellent cold holding temperatures and date marking. MAINTENANCE: *Water Heater: Rinnai R98 tankless *Dish Machine: N/A, Sanitize basin and wiping cloth buckets observed with correct levels of Quat Observed facility clean and organized.
