Thermostat was set on 7 out of 8 at the time of the previous inspection. All Temperature Controlled for Safety (TCS) foods that were in the refrigerator at the time of the inspection were discarded. There were some items that were in the thawing process in the refrigerator in question were moved to the walk in cooler. The thermostat was set on 3 out of 7 at the time of inspection and monitored throughout yesterday and the early morning today. Refrigerator temps were in the low 30'sF at the time of the follow up. PIC was instructed to get unit to maintain an approximate air temp of 35F and then all foods that belong in this unit can be replaced.

PIC advised EHS that she was advised that the grease trap was seriously clogged. Grease trap was cleaned out by contractor on 12/2/13. EHS requested that PIC fill one (1) compartment of the three (3) compartment sink and then drain it. There was no water observed leaking out of the plumbing system.
