1) Have City of Manassas evaluate facility for building code compliance & correct any violation cited. Provide inspection copies to Health Department.
2) Provide a scale drawing of proposed building & equipment layout.
3) Upgrade hot water heater to a 50 GPH unit with a 100 degree rise minimum.
4) Install tall cabinets and/or a storage closet(s) with 4-6 shelves at least 6" off the ground.
5) Provide adequate approved refrigeration for can & bottle drinks.
6) Install a vacuum breaker on mop sink faucet.
7) Remove small black refrigerator from premises.
8) Install a towel dispenser at bar handsink.
9) Install a
dequate approved dunnage racks, platforms, and/or shelves for can / bottle drinks.
10) Clean refrigeration coils on coolers & freezers - dust.
11) Install coat rack on inside of storage closet door.

3) Add wall shelf over the end of the 3-vat sink (remove utensil racks).
4) Install dunnage racks in bar for cases of beer.
5) Install castors or approved 6" legs on all refrigeration units.
6) Finish walls in storage closet.
7) Install adequate light (hard wired) in storage closet.
8)Replace fissured acoustic ceiling tiles in bar with non-absorbent panels.
9) Add 4-6 shelves inside 2-door upright cooler.
10) Defrost freezers.
11) Install vacuum breaker on mop sink faucet.
12) Clean exhaust hood light; install 100 watt bulb or florescent lamp.
13)Replace door gasket on small cooler.
14) Provide thermometers in coolers and freezers.
