    Observation: Observed accumulations of dust, dirt, food residue or other debris on the following non-food contact surfaces: the wall behind the pizza make table.

    Observation: Numerous plastic insert containers observed in a state of disrepair and damaged.
    Correction: Remove plastic containers once they are damaged.

    Observation: Observed accumulations of grease deposits or other soil on the following: underside of shelves over cutting table, monitors and keyboard covers.
