    Correction: Operator voluntarily discarded said can of Raid.

    Observation: Sausage hot holding at improper temperatures in that said sausage was registered at 110 degrees F in hot holding unit at hot holding setting.
    Correction: Rapidly reheat the food to 165°F and maintain at 135°F or above through the hot holding period.
  • Plumbing System Maintained in Good Repair (corrected on site)
    Observation: Floors in both men's and women's restroom observed flooded with water overflowing from blocked toilet bowl in women's restroom.
    Correction: Repair and maintain all plumbing components and fixtures.Operator voluntarily unblocked said toilet bowl and cleaned the floor.
