    Observation: Water from the handwashing sink in kitchen was measured at a temperature less than 100°F. There is an electrical issue where the ice machine and the hot water heater for the handsink cannot both be plugged in at the same time because both will not work.
    Correction: Make necessary adjustments/repair equipment serving the handsink to provide water of at least 100°F to allow more effective removal of fatty soils encountered in kitchens.

Recommend the grilled chicken used for toss salads be cooled to below 40 degrees before placing into the salad containers and refrigerated. Several reach in freezers have no shelves resulting in overstocking of boxed products preventing proper air flow. Recommend the units have shelves. Very good. Health Permit Issued.
