Facility has expanded their continental breakfast to include some pre-cooked commercially processed PHF/TCS foods that require reheating only. Advised facility that since the facility does not have a three compartment sink they will now be required to use an approved detergent/sanitizer to clean and sanitize utensils and equipment in the 2 compartment sink. They were also advised that they will need to provide a calibrated food thermometer to ensure that proper temperatures are maintained throughout the re-heating and service period.
