No food preparation is conducted at the facility, all food is provided by a licensed caterer. NOTE: ALL UTENSILS MUST BE WASHED, RINSED, SANITIZED, AND AIR-DRIED PRIOR TO USE. RECEIVING TEMPERATURE LOGS MUST BE MAINTINED ON A DAILY BASIS, RECORDING THE RECEIVING TEMPERATURE OF BOTH HOT AND COLD HELD ITEMS.
