    Observation: No disposable towels were provided at the hand washing lavatory in the service area.
    Correction: Hand drying devices such as individual disposable paper towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or heated air hand drying device must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing and avoid employees to drying their hands on their clothing or other unclean materials
  • Critical: Sanitizer - Criteria/Chemicals for food contact* (corrected on site)
    Observation: The quaternary ammonia concentration is being dispensed too strong (500+ppm) at the three compartment sink and is being applied to food contact surfaces. The concentration does not meet the requirements of 40 CFR 180.940
    Correction: Utilize quaternary ammonia that meets the requirements of 40 CFR 180.940 when applying to food contact surfaces. The sanitizing solution should be diluted by hand to meet the required concentration of 200-400 ppm.

    Correction: Hand soap must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing. Hand cleanser must always be present to aid in reducing microorganisms and particulate matter found on hands.
