    Observation: Steam table was observed in a state of disrepair and damaged. ( excessive steam coming from equipment)
    Correction: Repair the steam table to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair the steam table, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.

    Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the outside of hood & ceiling has accumulations of grime and debris.
    Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

Vultures were seen circling the dumpsters and the adjacent area.
  • Refuse - Covering Receptacles
    Observation: Dumpsters or outside refuse container was open or uncovered.There are 3 dumpsters and one dumpster has lids and the other two did not. There were vultures sitting on top of dumpsters.
    Correction: Cover all waste containers when not in continuous use. Lids need to be obtained for two of the dumpsters.
