Inspection findings

Inspection date

Type

Sauce prepping and lunch orders were being done at the time of inspection. Add more ice and cod water to bucket to help egg wash stay at proper temperature. PIC was moving food items to working refrigerator when lunch rush started. Move all the items in the second refrigerator to a unit capable of holding below 41 degrees F. Vents above the fryer station are in need of cleaning. Fix both of the small refrigerator units on the cook line so they are able to hold temperature even during a lunch/dinner rush before placing food back within the units. Permit had already been issued at a previous inspection (11/10/15).
