Observation: 1.) EHS observed the ice maker dumping a large quantity of water into the ice. 2.) Tiles have come off the wall behind the 3 compartment sink and also at the floor wall juncture near the broiler. 3.) The walk in freezer has a great deal of ice build up.
Correction: Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Have a professional evaluate the ice maker to see if repairs are necessary. Repair the missing and broken tiles to prevent further damage and potential for moisture build-up and insect harborage. Repair or replace the walk-in freezer. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.
