Today, follow-up inspection. Floor drain has been repaired and is functioning properly. Sprinkler leak in walk-in scheduled for repair 5/12/14.

Observation: Water observed overflowing from floor drain located under ice machine. Overflow draining into adjacent floor which is approxiamtely 2 feet away.
Correction: Plumbing shall be maintained in good repair.

Observation: Water line leak under soda station. Also, water line for fire supression system in walk-in refrigerator is leaking. Water from both leaks as decribed is being collected in buckets and emptied when full.
Correction: Plumbing systems and components shall be maintained in good repair.

Observation: Floors under and between equipment noted in need of cleaning. Observed significant soil and debris in floor drain under prep line.
Correction: All floors, walls, and ceilings must be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Cleaning of the physical facilities is an important measure in ensuring the protection and sanitary preparation of food. A regular cleaning schedule should be established and followed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary manner.

Observation: The dumpster used to store refuse/recyclables has no drain plug.
Correction: Replace the drain plug to the refuse container.
