Today’s inspection was to conduct a routine inspection. Thank you for accompanying me through the inspection as your participation allows me to clarify information and identify areas where your processes may need further attention or assessment. Catered only facility: from Fairfax Food Service Catering. This facility is open year around. Food is delivered and served by Fairfax Food Service Catering between 10:45AM to 12:30PM Time as Public Health Control: was implemented today for lunch. Left over foods are discarded afterwards. **Please fax and provide a copy of food receipt temperature log taken for a week, by July 1, 2014. It has been a pleasure to serve you today. The purpose of this inspection was to conduct a routine inspection. Food is catered by Fairfax Food Service and Catering. Food is delivered between 10:30-10:45 AM. Lunch is served 11:15-12:15. True refrigerator and freezer are not used for the catered lunch. Dish machine is not used.
