Visit was made based upon a phone call made by the Fire Department on 7-3-14. During a routine inspection the exhaust hood system was red tagged, roaches were observed, grease build-up and unsanitary conditions. Visit today- all cooking areas had been cleaned, no grease build up, no pests or cockroaches observed, pest control company treated last week, a new outlet was installed behind the Southbend oven, all equipment and food temperatures were within proper ranges and no imminent health hazards or reasons to remain closed were observed. The owner had voluntarily closed the restaurant on 7-3-14 for repairs and cleaning and reopened for business on 7-4-14.
