FINAL INSPECTION AFTER RENOVATIONS SCOPE OF WORK: 1. INTERIOR: Renovations of existing finishes, fixtures/millwork, soffit, partitions, lights, wall graphics, rest room fixtures,and power/DATA. 2. EXTERIOR: Painting of trim and metal roof, and removal of canvas awnings. 3. New front counter. 4.
