Meat recieved pre cooked. Uses sani wipes with quatt product inside. Milk box observed not sealing tightly and allowing pockets of air to get into box. Monitor for proper temperatures for cold holding of 41 degrees or less. May need to replace seals. Employee Health notice observed. Check on 1B form.
