Note: One cooler has frozen coils and needs to be serviced to keep temp at 41F or below. All food relocated. Large 3 door prep cooler was moved to be cleaned behind and was never plugged back in. All food was discarded as it was an average of 59F and out of temperature since around 5am. Ensure cleaning crew is plugging equipment back in afer moving for cleaning. Temperature abuse of these foods may cause foodborne illness.
